Installing Family Tree Maker 2009 is pretty straight forward, but a walk-through can’t hurt if you’re new to the PC genealogy software from Ancestry.com. In this video I show you how to install the application. In the next screencast in this series I’ll cover the initial configuration.
Hi, my problem is I bout a new PC and I have no idea how to get the copy of Family Tree Maker and the data off my old PC and onto the new one. I also have an upgrade waiting to be installed but I figure I should wait until I have FTM on my new PC before I bother with the ugrade. Can you help with some easy tips?
