Parallels released a bugfix build for their Paralells Desktop 4.0 product.
Bugfixes and improvements in Parallels Desktop 4.0 Update (build 4.0.3844)
Improvements:
- Improved 3D graphics in Windows virtual machines.
- Problems with Palm synchronization in Windows virtual machines — fixed.
- Random disconnection of USB 1.1 devices in Linux virtual machines — fixed.
- Invisibility of the text mouse pointer on black background in Windows virtual machines — fixed.
- Problems with SMB shares in native Windows Boot Camp installations that have Parallels Tools installed — fixed.
- Problems with Shared Networking on Snow Leopard host computers — fixed.

The first update to the Reunion for iPhone genealogy software became available in the iTunes App Store yesterday. According to the company, they addressed “most of the outstanding issues.” They added localizations—geek speak for adding languages for menus and such—for Dutch and French. They also listed the following changes:
- Added “x of y” numbering when displaying pictures, where x is the current picture and y is the total number of pictures linked to a person.
- Editing of Phone, Fax, email and URL fields in Address section of Person Info window now works properly.
- Moved Soundex out of the Person Info window to the family card as an optional field.
